What are the detection items of lithium battery temperature sensor

 

1. Shape and size: 0≤125 mm vernier caliper measuring accuracy is 0.02mm, which can meet the requirements of items 1 and 2.
2. Wire: wire type, wire, and provide corresponding certification documents. The length of the down-lead wire is measured with a steel ruler with an accuracy of 1mm.
3. Weight: 0.1g balance weight, which should meet the requirements of 1.4.
4. Insulation resistance: Connect the two leads of the NTC temperature sensor together, and use a 500V, 0-500mΩ megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the NTC temperature sensor and the housing. It should meet the requirements of 1.5.
5. Accuracy: When measuring to the ground voltage point, the NTC temperature sensor is based on 10mV/℃, and the voltage at 25℃ is 2.98V. When measuring NTC thermistors at room temperature, 55°C and 95°C, the grounding voltage requirements of the measuring point should be met.
6. Life: Party A and the finished product's evaluation should meet the requirements of 1.7.
7. Alkali resistance: Take out the NTC temperature control sensor from the KOH solution with a network density of 1.30g/c㎥±0.01g/c㎥ at room temperature, put it aside for 48h, and then clean and dry it.
8. Temperature shock: Perform temperature shock test according to the requirements and methods of gjb150.5a-2009. The test temperature range is -55℃-70℃, the constant temperature time of the high and low temperature box is 1H, and the number of cycles is 3 times. After the test, take out the temperature sensor and use it at room temperature until the temperature of the NTC temperature sensor returns to room temperature. After the test, the requirements of Article 1.9 shall be met.
